This section gathers the most important information to guide you through the experience and support a smooth, shared journey.

What should I bring to make the most of the experience?

Get ready for seven days of camping immersed in nature! Here’s what we recommend bringing:

  • Torches and lights for the night (battery-powered, solar or rechargeable)

  • Tent, sleeping mat and sleeping bag (a hammock is a plus!)

  • Shading solutions, tarps and gazebos

  • Personal cutlery, reusable bottle and cup to reduce single-use plastic

  • Biodegradable soaps and detergents

  • A jumper and long trousers for cooler evenings, plus a light rain jacket

  • Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, swimwear and a towel for a dip in the waterfall

  • Mosquito repellent

  • Games, juggling equipment (fire is not allowed!), balls, frisbees or anything that helps you feel good

Which documents are required for entry?

At the entrance you will be asked to show:

  • A valid ID (identity card or passport)

  • Festival ticket

  • Membership card

  • Campervan Pass (only if you plan to camp with your vehicle)

  • Glamping Ticket (only if you plan to use this type of accommodation)

Can I leave and re-enter the festival?

Yes, by showing the wristband provided at the entrance. You may access and remain at 7 Chakras Festival only if you are wearing a valid wristband.

The wristband may be checked by staff at the entrance, exit and at any time within the festival area. If you are not wearing it, or if it is damaged or invalid, you will be required to leave the festival grounds.

Please take care of your wristband: if you leave the 7 Chakras Festival with a broken or damaged wristband, we cannot guarantee re-entry, nor are we responsible for any inconvenience caused.

Where is the nearest ATM?

Several ATMs are available in Tuscania, the closest town, located less than 5 km from the festival.

Please note that mobile network coverage in the festival area is limited and credit cards may not work properly. In addition, only cash will be accepted at the festival entrance.

Is tent camping included in the ticket?

Yes. With your festival ticket, you can freely pitch your tent in the designated camping areas.

How far is the tent camping area from the entertainment area?

The main campsite is located right at the entrance to the festival grounds, in front of the ticket office and close to the car park, which remains accessible for unloading equipment and luggage.

The camping area includes a flat field surrounded by trees, with easy access to the stream that leads to the waterfall, and is no more than a 10-minute walk from the entertainment area, ensuring peace and quiet. The campsite is equipped with toilets, showers and water points.

How is the Campervan Area organised?

The Campervan Areas are located approximately a 5-minute walk from the entertainment area. Pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with the possibility to choose quieter areas further away from the music stages.

Each pitch measures approximately 5×8 metres. There are no electricity facilities, but toilets, showers and water points are available nearby.

For safety reasons, if you leave the Campervan area with your vehicle, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

The Caravan Pass is a type of accommodation that, on its own, does not grant access to the festival.

The staff reserves the right to check that vehicles entering the festival are not carrying any people without a valid ticket.

Is it possible to park the car next to the tent?

Car parking is located outside the festival grounds. To keep your car next to your tent, a Campervan Pass is required.

Each pitch measures approximately 5×8 metres; please make sure to stay within your assigned space.

For safety reasons, if you leave the Campervan area with your vehicle, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

The Caravan Pass is a type of accommodation that, on its own, does not grant access to the festival.

Can I arrive at any time?

The ticket office will be open from 14 July at 4:00 pm until 20 July at midnight for wristband collection.

For safety reasons, access to the Campervan Area with motor vehicles is allowed only between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm, except on 14 July, when access will be permitted from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

If you leave the Campervan area with your vehicle, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

Are there other accommodation options?

At the moment, we are still evaluating the possibility of offering a Glamping option.

The Glamping Ticket is an accommodation option that, on its own, does not grant access to the festival.

For optimal comfort, or in case of physical disabilities, we recommend considering accommodation facilities in the surrounding area.

Can I come with my dog?

We love animals, but we don’t believe a festival is a suitable place for them.

For this reason, no pets are allowed in the festival area: not in the entertainment area, the camping area, or the Campervan areas.

Are there water points?

Yes. In addition to the showers, water points are available near the shower areas.

Water is precious — please use it consciously.

For logistical and consumption reasons, the showers will be available during daytime hours only.

How can I charge my phone?

A dedicated area for charging electronic devices will be available.

These areas are not directly supervised by staff; each participant is responsible for their own personal belongings.

How long does it take to receive the payment confirmation email?

You should receive it within a few minutes. If it doesn’t arrive within 24 hours, please contact us at ticket@7chakrasfestival.org.

I’ve received the payment confirmation, but not the ticket — what should I do?

If your payment went through but you still haven’t received your ticket, get in touch with us at ticket@7chakrasfestival.org.

Are there any extra costs apart from the ticket price?

The ticket gives free access to most of the festival services and activities.

Exceptions are for the campervan area, glamping, the shuttle bus, food and beverage, and some treatment/workshops that will be announced soon.

Glamping tickets will be available to purchase at a later stage.

Can I buy a ticket at the entrance?

Yes, unless the event is sold out. Door tickets will be sold at a higher price.

Can minors attend the festival?

Minors under the age of 18 may enter the festival free of charge only if accompanied by at least one parent or a legal guardian. Delegations or other forms of authorisation are not accepted.

At the festival entrance, the accompanying adult will be required to complete and sign the Believelab association membership form on behalf of the minor, assuming full responsibility for them for the entire duration of the event.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Changing name on the ticket is possible only by June 30th, 2026.

You will receive a confirmation email within a few days.

The transaction takes place directly between participants; the festival staff will handle only the name change.

Please note: the association membership contribution is non-transferable and non-refundable.

To access the festival, the person receiving the ticket must pay their own membership fee by purchasing the “Membership Fee 2026” product in the Tickets section of our website:

The membership fee is €25. Even after transferring your ticket, you will remain a member of the association for the duration of the calendar year.

How many tickets can I buy at once?

You can purchase up to 5 tickets in one order.

Can I buy a Campervan Pass at the door?

Yes — as long as they’re still available.

Will there be 3-day passes?

Yes! A limited number of Weekend Passes (valid for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) will go on sale at a later stage.

If I already have a ticket, do I need a Campervan Pass too?

Yes, if you plan to access the camper area with your vehicle, you’ll need a specific pass.

The Campervan Pass is a type of accommodation and it doesn’t grant entry to the festival.

Camping with a tent is already included in the festival ticket.

Are there discounts for people with disabilities?

Anyone with a valid disability certificate is entitled to a free ticket for their caregiver.

The caregiver will only need to pay the €25 membership fee (as required by law).
