CARAVAN PASS – Base
Parking area inside the festival grounds
- Limited capacity: pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pitch size: 5×8 meters.
- Toilets and showers nearby. No water or electricity connections available.
- Priority access to upgrades if Gold pitches become available.
All passengers must hold a valid FESTIVAL TICKET.
VALIDITY AND CONDITIONS
The Caravan Pass is valid only when paired with an active Festival Ticket.
The pass is nominal, includes the vehicle license plate and is non-refundable. Transfers are allowed only through the official procedure within the deadlines stated in the regulations. To collect the pass, you must present a valid Festival Ticket and an ID matching the data provided at purchase.
Access to the caravan area will be allowed only during daytime hours, from 8:00 to 20:00, for safety reasons.
The organization reserves the right to inspect vehicles upon entry to ensure no prohibited items are brought inside. Glass is not permitted anywhere on the festival grounds, including vehicles entering with a Caravan Pass.
The Caravan Pass can be purchased for campervans, caravans, and cars wishing to stay inside the designated area.
TICKET UPGRADE
If Caravan Pass Gold options become available, Base Pass holders will receive priority access to upgrade to Gold pitches, which will include electricity and water connections.
Gold spots will be very limited. One week before release, all Base Pass holders will receive an email with a priority purchase link.
The upgrade window will remain open for seven days. After this period, upgrades will no longer be possible through the priority link. Any remaining Gold Passes will be sold as separate tickets, not as upgrades from the Base Pass.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership and Participation
By purchasing a festival pass, you are applying to become a member of Believe Lab APS. Your participation is subject to approval by our Board of Directors. Should your membership not be approved, you will receive a full refund of both the membership fee and event contribution.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accept the Association’s Statute, Values, and Mission.
Transfers and Identification
Your pass is personal and non-refundable but may be transferred to another person until May 31, 2026, provided the new participant also submits a membership application via the official procedure.
A valid ID is required to collect your personal wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable. Lost, damaged, or tampered wristbands will not be replaced or accepted for entry.
By entering the festival, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions and the Association’s Statute.
Your Data and Privacy
By joining the event, you consent to the processing of your personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 GDPR and Italian law. Your data will be used only for administrative, organizational, and communication purposes related to the Association and this event. Members may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by writing to the association email.
Code of Conduct
Participants agree to maintain respectful, conscious, and responsible behavior toward others, the environment, and all festival spaces. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. The introduction or use of glass containers, gas, alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Activities and Personal Responsibility
Certain activities such as yoga, dance, sound healing, and holistic workshops may involve physical movement or emotional engagement. Participants declare they are in good physical and mental health and take part voluntarily under their own responsibility. Believe Lab APS and its collaborators are not liable for injuries or damages except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Safety and Emergencies
Participants must follow all safety and emergency procedures indicated by festival staff. In case of a medical emergency, the organization may request the intervention of health services and provide information necessary to ensure assistance. Any medical costs or personal losses remain at the participant’s own expense.
Images and Recordings
By entering the festival area, participants authorize Believe Lab APS to use photographs and video recordings that include their image for non-commercial, cultural, and promotional purposes, without limitation of time or place and without compensation. Anyone who does not consent must notify the organization in writing before the event.
Force Majeure
Believe Lab APS reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event in cases of force majeure, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the organization will communicate applicable procedures for any refunds or rescheduling.
Minors
Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must complete and sign the Parental Consent and Liability Form. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety and behavior throughout the event.
Pets
Animals may be admitted only if explicitly allowed by the organization. Owners are fully responsible for their pets and any damages or disturbances caused.
