TICKET

It should arrive in a few minutes. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, contact us at info@7chakrasfestival.org.

– If you purchased the ticket from Hadra website (www.hadra.net/tickets), you will have to follow the ticket registration procedure contained in the payment confirmation email, or contact them at shop@hadra.net.

-If you purchased the ticket from our website, do not hesitate to contact us at info@7chakrasfestival.org.

The ticket price at the gate is € 100 for the whole festival duration, starting from Tuesday 27/08 at 14:00). The purchase of partial tickets, will be possible only at the entrance (not online) according to availability and with the following prices:

-€ 75 from Friday 30/08 at 17:00;
-€ 55 from Saturday 31/08 at 17:00;
-€ 30 from Sunday 01/09 at 09:00.

The ticket gives free access to all festival services and activities. Exceptions are for the campervan area, the shuttle bus, food and beverage, individual holistic treatments (if not booked in the free hours). To book free treatments, contact the therapist’s stand directly.

One name change is possible no later than July 28th. To transfer your ticket, write an email to ticket@7chakrasfestival.org with object: TICKET TRANSFER.

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPECT

The consumption, sale and promotion of drugs is absolutely prohibited;
glass packaging is not allowed either in the entertainment area of the festival, or in the campervan area, it must be left in the cars at the outdoor parking lot. We are in a natural park, therefore it is strictly forbidden to light open flames; it is also forbidden to introduce gas cylinders of any type, including those specifically used for camping stoves. Only in the campervan area the use of camping stoves will be allowed. Furthermore, the use of soaps and chemical detergents in water points, showers and at the waterfall is prohibited. The organization will undertake to provide biodegradable soaps and detergents for guests.

Minors may enter only if they are physically accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Other carers or proxies to third parties will not be accepted. Children under 13 years of age (born within 2006) are entitled to free admission.

Animals are not allowed, made exception for guide dogs for people with disabilities.

The festival ground may present holes or difficulties for those with reduced motor skills. However, many areas are flat and there are chemical toilets for the disabled near the camping area. For greater comfort, it is advisable to take advantage of B&B’s or rooms for rent in the neighboring towns of the festival.

ENTERTAINMENT AREA

The festival gates open on Tuesday 27/08 at 16:00. Activities will start on the next day, 28/08, from 10:00, and will end on Sunday 01/09 at 00:00.
It will be necessary to vacate the campsite by 16:00 on Monday 02/09 for the final closing of the gates.

There will be two music stages: Heart Stage dedicated to psytrance music, and Solar Stage dedicated to dub, reggae, chillout, live concerts and downtempo music of various kinds. Both stages will feature Funktion One Sound System.

The complete timetable of the music stages and other areas will be published shortly before the start of the festival. However, starting from beginning of May, informations on the schedules of individual activities will be published.

All seminars in the Healing Space and Cultural Nest areas will be totally free of charge. Some of them will have limited capacity and it will be necessary to book directly on site to take part.

There will be a total of 9 catering stands, with snacks and drinks ranging from local and traditional cuisine to ethnic and fusion choices. A wide selection will be offered for vegetarian, vegan or intolerance diets.

CAMPING AND CARAVAN AREAS

You can camp freely in the camping areas. In addition, a limited number of pitches can be reserved in a large caravan area.

Showers, chemical toilets and water point, shaded areas and grassy ground. There will be no electrical outlets inside the camping, but an area will be set up to recharge your portable devices at the info point. We kindly ask you to keep the area clean to respect people and the environment. The camping will be equipped with waste collection bins.

There will be a space reserved for families, as far as possible from sources of disturbance.

A large and flat area will be reserved for campers and caravans. It will be in the immediate vicinity of the entertainment area, but in a secluded and silent position. In the pitches, approximately 25 square meters each, there is no electricity connection. Toilets and showers are in the vicinity. It will be possible to reserve your pitch on our website starting from May 20th.
