"Believe in 7 Chakras" is a fundraising portal aimed at both new users and holders of a ticket for 7Chakras festival 2020.
The recent emergency situation, with the consequent forced postponement of the festival (30th August - 5th September 2021), has created a precarious economic condition for the organization as well as for many of its participants.
Failure to carry out this edition will leave an indelible mark on the funds and finances of the project. The large expenses that we have incurred, and that cannot be recovered, can compromise the quality of future editions of the festival, or even put its existence at risk.
Thus, we reach out to all our supporters, inviting you to join this campaign aimed at mitigating the damage on both sides.
The initiative is in fact designed to combine two needs: to offer rewarding options to those who have already purchased a ticket for 2020, and to support the festival and the realization of future editions at the same time.
OWNERS OF A 2020 TICKET: you will be able to give your ticket in exchange for an EQUAL or HIGHER VALUE PACKAGE.

The cost/value ratio of each of the packages is very convenient for the user, because the purpose of our campaign is to be an early investment by its supporters rather than a non-refundable collection.
Those who choose to get a package will save significantly on gifts and services, while the organization will benefit from the availability of budget in support of the necessary expenses.
With the profits of this Crowdfunding, the first investments will be directed towards a greater Eco-Sustainability of the festival, followed by a significant growth in services to the participants. Any extras will be invested in artistic growth, including major installations and the recruitment of high-level artists / operators.

The total we have set ourselves to reach is € 50’000, inclusive of the € 24’000 already given by the holders of a 2020 ticket, if they decide to confirm their support in this initiative.
If we do not achieve the total goal, any sum obtained will be equally used in fulfilling the objectives listed, in order of importance.
If instead the original sum is exceeded, the investment will be increased in the nr. of realized works as well as Their quality and durability.

TICKET DEFERRAL TO 2021 / REFUND: to meet all needs, holders of a ticket for the 2020 edition of the festival have also the choice to either keep their ticket directly for 2021 or request a monetary refund.

After the official announcement of our festival rescheduling, the need arose to find solutions for those who had already purchased a ticket for the 2020 edition.
To meet every personal situation, we have structured a system with 3 options, among which you can choose by following the relative, simple procedure.
OPTION 1: “Believe in 7 Chakras”: Exchange your ticket with a perk
OPTION 2: Ticket reschedule for 2021
OPTION 3: Refund
1) “BELIEVE IN 7 CHAKRAS”: Exchange your ticket with a perk
Our fundraising portal was created specifically as an optimal solution for holders of a 2020 ticket.
Ticket holders, can simply enter their ticket code (ticket nr.) as the Discount Code at checkout.
In this way, the ticket will be canceled and you will receive in return the content of the chosen perk (or perks in case of multiple purchases) for free.
It is the option that gives the greatest benefits to both you and the organization, making it our favorite choice, which we heartfully ask you to consider!
Each of the packages provides a reward in gifts &/or services of significantly greater value than the sum paid.
Perks WARRIOR 1, WARRIOR 2 and WARRIOR 3 were specifically designed for the holders of a 2020 ticket. In fact, their value corresponds to one of the 3 presale phases in which you purchased your ticket.
The most obvious choice is certainly to opt for the value package corresponding to your ticket, but it is equally simple to select one or more different packages, adding the difference at the time of checkout!

2) TICKET DEFERRAL to 2021
If you don’t wish to participate in our crowdfunding, but still want to secure a place for the next edition at a fixed price, you can choose to postpone your ticket directly to 2021.
To postpone your ticket to 2021, you won't have to do anything!
In fact, if you don’t choose any of the perks from our crowdfunding or ask for a refund, your ticket will be automatically postponed!
All your data will be automatically passed to the new ticket, which will be sent to you when the initiative closes (August 15th).
In addition, you will be given a digital Believelab compilation as a gift!
By the beginning of the new year, you will be sent a form to retrieve your free believelab membership for the year 2021 (essential for accessing the festival).
CAN I CHANGE THE TICKET HOLDER NAME?
Of course, you can change the holder of your 2021 ticket, by 30th July 2021.
You can follow the normal ticket name change procedure, by writing to email@example.com writing NAME CHANGE as the mail subject.
For those who wish to request a monetary reimbursement, we give the possibility to be refunded the total paid less the annual membership cost (€ 10) and the transaction costs of your incoming / outgoing payment (€ 5).
The remaining total (Tot ticket -15 €) will be paid on the same account/card used for the original purchase.
To request a refund, write an email with your personal data and the number of your ticket to: firstname.lastname@example.org writing REFUND TICKET 2020 as the mail subject.
The deadline to request a refund is July 14, 2020.
PICK UP or SHIPPING? How can I receive the merchandising/items that I ordered?
You can choose both options! For cost and security reasons, we recommend a pick up at our next event (7 Chakras Festival 2021 or the first official teaser event).
Shipments will be active from SEPTEMBER 2020. Costs will vary depending on the type of shipment and destination.
HOW TO CHOOSE? At the closing of the crowdfunding(15th August), you will receive an email to redeem your choice between Pickup or Shipment.
PACKAGES WITH MULTIPLE CHOICES: How can I redeem my choice?
Physical or digital compilation? What size for my shirt or sweatshirt? RV Area, Camping Area or Shuttle?
At the closing of the crowdfunding (15th August), you will receive an email to redeem each of the choices at your disposal!
BAR COUPONS: How do they work? Where do I get them?
The coupons are vouchers to spend for drinks at the central BAR of 7 Chakras festival. They can be used for the 2021 or 2022 edition.
You can pick up your Bar coupons at the festival entrance.
Once collected, the coupons will be valid only for the chosen edition, and you can collect them only in the total amount destined to you (they cannot be divided for the two years).
I HAVE A 2020 TICKET, HOW DO I USE MY CREDIT? How many and which packages can I choose? What do I have to do?
If you have a 7 Chakras festival 2020 ticket, just enter the No. of your ticket as a discount code at checkout! The system will recognize your credit (value of your ticket) and discount it on the total! Read the full information in the TICKET SOLUTIONS 2020 section.
You can choose as many packages as you want, adding any difference in price with the value of your ticket! If you choose to proceed to checkout with a package with a value lower than the value of your ticket, the difference will not be recoverable and will be donated to charity for the project "Believe in 7 Chakras".
CAN I PURCHASE A PACKAGE FOR A FRIEND? How can I specify that I am not the holder?
Of course! You can donate the contents of your package to one or more friends (in case of multiple purchase), just like with the purchase of a ticket!
At checkout, you will be asked to specify the details of the holder of the package, or more holders in case of multiple purchase!
AFTER THE PURCHASE, CAN I CHANGE THE HOLDER OF THE PACKAGE? Until when?
Yes! You can change the name of the package holder, following the same procedure as the name change for festival tickets: send an email to email@example.com with the subject CHANGE PACKAGE NAME and specify your request, already attaching the details of the new holder.
The name change procedure will be active until July 30, 2021.
I CHOSE MORE PACKAGES: can I choose a different holder for each of them?
Yes! Each package can have a different holder, even when purchased in the same order! At the checkout, you will be asked to enter the details of each holder!
2020 o 2021? I see in the packages that some benefits can be used either next year or the following one. How does it work?
As with any other choice, at the end of crowdfunding (August 15), you will receive an email asking you to specify whether you want to use your package in 2021 or 2022. This way, you will have additional time to think about it and decide which solution is right for you. Only one choice can be made for each package (you cannot choose some benefits for 2021 and others for 2022). If you have chosen several packages instead, you can choose to use one for the year 2021 and the other for the next.
EXTENSION TICKET PHASE 1: What’s that
In the packages PIRATE CREW, COMFY MATE, WARRIOR 1,2 and 3, there is included the extension of the first phase of the next tickets presale!
That is, at the opening of the pre-sales for the year 2021 (or 2022 at your choice), you will be granted 2 whole extra weeks to buy tickets in its cheapest phase!
HOW? Before the opening of the pre-sales, you will be sent a discount code (valid for 2 weeks) that will allow you to purchase the tickets in phase 2 at the same price as the previous one.
CARAVAN AREA Park 3, RESERVED SHADED CAMPING SLOT, or SHUTTLE BUS return trip: How do they work?
If your package includes this phrase, at the close of the crowdfunding (August 15th), you will receive an email to redeem one of these 3 options.
These services can be used during the next edition (2021) of 7 Chakras festival, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
-AREA CARAVAN park 3: allows the access of a vehicle to a camper area not equipped, but inside the festival, near the entertainment areas.
-RESERVED SHADED CAMPING SLOT: you will be reserved a camping pitch (space x a tent of max. 4 people) in a comfortable, flat and shaded area.
-SHUTTLE BUS A/R: a return ticket with our shuttle bus, to reach the festival comfortably from Viterbo station (Viterbo-Tuscania route).
‘YOU LEGEND’ PACKAGE: can I give the tickets to two different people?
Of course! If you are the holder of a You Legend package you can take advantage of 2 additional tickets (including membership) that you can use at your choice for the 2021 or 2022 edition.
You can also choose whether to use the package for a single holder, who will earn 2 entrance tickets for both editions, or to two different people, who can use them in the same year. In case of 2 different holders, both will have to use the ticket for the same edition (2021 or 2022).
At the closing of the crowdfunding (August 15th), you will receive an email to redeem your choice.
WHY A CROWDFUNDING?
The legal restrictions on the 2020 edition of the festival, due to the COVID-19 pandemic still in progress, led us to the decision to postpone the festival to next year. Ours is a project in constant evolution, which is fed from year to year by the work of dozens of operators and the support of our audience. Failure to carry out this edition will leave an indelible mark on the funds and finances of the project. The large expenses that we have incurred, and that cannot be recovered, can compromise the quality of future editions of the festival, or even put its existence at risk. This is why we turn to you, who have always supported us through the cost of a ticket, with a crowdfunding campaign aimed at mitigating the damage and, why not, improve those aspects we were not entirely satisfied with in the past. Moreover: the initiative is also designed to offer rewarding options to those who have already purchased a ticket for 2020, and who will be able to convert it into one of our packages. The cost/value ratio of each of the packages is very convenient for the user, because the purpose of our campaign is to be an early investment by its supporters rather than a non-refundable collection. HOW WILL THE FUNDS RAISED BE USED?

WHEN WILL THE CAMPAIGN END?
The crowdfunding campaign will be active next month and will end by the end of summer. At the moment, the closing date we have set is 15 August 2020. The closing, however, will be announced well in advance.
I HAVE A 2020 TICKET BUT DO NOT WANT TO EXCHANGE IT WITH A PACKAGE: what do I have to do?
TICKET DEFERRAL to 2021: If you don't want to participate in our crowdfunding but still want to secure a place for the next edition at the same cost, you can choose to postpone your ticket directly to 2021. To postpone your ticket to 2021, you don't have to do anything at all! In fact, if you do not choose any of our fundraising packages, or request a refund, your ticket will be deferred automatically!
REFUND: For those who would like to request a monetary refund, we give the possibility to be refunded the total amount paid minus the annual membership fee (10€) and the transaction fees (5€).
